the room was very clean and comfortable. And we loved the sweet treats that were left in the room each day. Super location and we appreciated the taxi service that was organised by the hotel.

Exceptional riad in a lovely authentic part of Marrakech, our room with balcony onto courtyard was so beautiful! Great breakfast with lots to choose from, walkable location, staff were outstanding, kind and friendly, special thanks to Said who made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We had the most perfect few days in Marrakech, we love Morocco, but now we love it even more, we can't wait to be back, thank you Raid Karmela for a wonderful stay!
