- For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) the marriage certificate is compulsory and must be presented at check-in.
(Moroccan mixed friend groups not accepted too)- Ban on bringing local girls into the accommodation- Any additional guest must be declared to the host.- For groups of men, a passport is required as a deposit to guarantee the internal regulations.-Smoking only on the balcony or on the terrace- Damaged towels will have to be reimbursed (large towel €15 and small towel €10)- A surcharge of 10€ applies for arrivals after 10 pm.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The property is very good for a family with two children. You can walk from the property to the most attracts in Marrakesh by walking within 30 minutes. The host was ready when we arrived, did not need to wait long to pick the keys. He also guided us some information such as delivery app or taxi app (my experience was that you need to increase the price by 10-15MAD to get a taxi driver's acceptance).

First, I would like to say something about Mohamed, the man who met us at the apartment and gave us the keys. He is a great man, he helped us with the complications with the mobile phone, which we forgot in the taxi when leaving Marrakech and going back to the airport. He managed to get it back and send it to us via DHL, we will always be grateful for that! Jazak Allah khayran! As for the apartment- Spacious, modern, nicely furnished apartment, it looks like in the pictures. The mosque is located just 2 minutes away, which is great for those of us who want to pray Fajr and Isha prayer with the community. Also, the Carrefour market is only 2 minutes away. And also one of the most visited tourist locations - Jardin Majorelle, is only a few minutes' walk away. Definitely recommend.
