Excellent hotel location, with its own transport to the Medina. Clean, heated swimming pool. Internet access available throughout most of the hotel. Very pleasant surrounding area filled with olive trees.

The staff are the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. They go above and beyond to make the guests happy and comfortable. They are always smiling and speaking to guests. Asmae, in particular, is amazing, and the kids love her. Samar and Yassine were lovely too. There is always something to do at the resort as they have a fully packed entertainment schedule. The grounds for the hotel are beautiful and its nice to walk around. There is a shuttle bus which you can take (if you book the day before) in to the markets.

The hotel was aesthetically beautiful and was kept very clean. The rooms were an excellent size and very comfortable, we all slept really well. The location was great, within very easy reach of the airport and also central Marrakech. The food was very high quality with a really good variety on offer. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe by the quiet pool (although it did take a couple of days to tune out the noise from the main pool). The excursions on offer were very good value and easy to book, we really enjoyed our guided tour of the medina. There were some lovely things on offer in the gift shop and it was very useful to be able to buy sun cream onsite at the hotel. All in all, our stay was very good value and we had a really relaxing time.
