The location was fantastic, right in the centre of the medina. The souks were walkable, as were the Madrasa and the museums, and there were plenty of great food restaurants and places down the street, including rooftop views! The room was very spacious and clean, comfy beds, and despite being in the medina, noise levels were not an issue at all. The receptionists on duty were all absolutely lovely! They were very friendly and accommodated to my partner and I for the entire duration of our stay. Requests and queries were dealt with quickly and, upon arrival, provided us with a map of the city and highlighted the must-see places! It was great! Would definitely come back and stay again :)

A lot of the reviews mentioned noise but I was lucky enough to have a room on the second floor, not roadside and towards the back of the building. Found the bed comfy, facilities are fairly basic but clean and after 2 days trekking in the mountains it felt like luxury! Staff were really great, friendly, flexible. Let us leave our bags for the day for no extra charge. Fantastic location and great roof terraces. Would stay there again in the same room - grabbed breakfast locally. Lots of options
