Location was just great, really in the middle of the Medina, the price for the location was totally worth it, the bathroom although shared where clean and maintained to a good cleaning standard. One towel is given upon request, for the rooms with shared bathroom, while is available for rooms with ensuite bathroom. The morning gentleman at the reception was the best, super nice, funny and accommodating.

Excellent 👌🏽 place to stay comfortable pretty warm with shared bathroom and hot showers they give towels and toilet paper slightly confusion with booking.com on prices but that could be currency fluctuations and was less than 50c Don't listen to the reviews this is a really good place to stay if you want the Medina

Perfect stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located right in the heart of Jemaa el-Fnaa. The staff were welcoming and very attentive, highly recommended. Every time I visit Marrakech, this will definitely be the hotel I choose.
