Good location in the medina not far from Jemaa el-Fnaa which is the main square in Marrakesh. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I stayed in a private room and the a/c was great and the noise was not too bad but that all depends on how considerate other travelers are. Smoking in eating area should be something staff may want to look into to and allow smoking in the upstairs terrace for the smokers. Don't ask anyone for help finding hostel. Trust Google Maps.
