The place and the pictures looked the same! It was very near Jemaa el fna, just a 10 minute walk. Abdou was very kind and helpful and goes above and beyond! When we arrived, he prepared all the instructions and showed us around the property. We met 2 doggies and 2 kitties, and all of them were very, very friendly and playful. I thought we were never leaving the hotel because we just wanted to play with them. In the room, they provided towels, soaps, a hairdryer, and even a hair iron, which really surprised me! We had amazing breakfasts, and on the day that we couldn't have breakfast, Abdou prepared quick coffees for us really early because of our early tour departure. The outside area when you first looked seemed sketchy, but we felt really safe walking around even at night. The airport transfer was very helpful. We didn't need to worry about going to the airport. Just make sure you leave enough cash for it. They accept euros or dirhams. Upon leaving, we realized that we didn't print the boarding passes so we panicked because it was written on our pdf boarding passes that it must be printed out, Abdou made sure to arrange the printing for us, but unfortunately mid way, we realized that we have already ran out of cash. In the end, we just decided to gamble and just went to the airport. Turns out you dont need to print it. The crew in the check-in counter will do it for you (easyjet).

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! A special thanks to Abdul and the owner for their warm hospitality, they went out of their way to accommodate us, even providing a room despite a booking error, which we truly appreciate. The place felt like home, and the adorable cats added an extra dose of joy, especially for my son, who absolutely loved their company. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay!

We were welcomed by Amine into the Riyad and he was so kind and caring. He took really good care of us and made sure we were okay. Breakfast was always amazing and tasty. We tried so many fresh fruit and an assortment of sweets. The location of the Riyad is great as everything is near you. The souks are just 5 - 10 mins walk. Amine was the person who made our stay at the Riyad the best. He is such a lovely person and would always make Moroccan tea for us when we came back after our excursions. He made sure we were ready for our excursions, packing us some food, making sure the driver comes, making sure we were on time and safe. Amine truly looked after us and I couldn't have asked for better. Amine was the angel who made us feel part of Morocco.
