Good and comfortable expérience, clean rooms and good help from the cleaning staff and from Kenza, she was really sweet. The only down side about the rooms was the air condition which was week, the fridge didnt work and also no hot water in the bathroom, we had to take mostly cold showers. Other than that, nice experience and good/helpful staff who listen and tries their best to help.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and professional. A special thanks to the reception team, especially Najoua, for her kindness , and Kenza from Guest relation for her great assistance. I also want to give a big thank you to the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff for their excellent service. The hotel is in a great location, just 10 minutes from the Medina by taxi. I highly recommend it.
