From the moment my daughter and I arrived at this Riad, I knew we were in for something special. I've stayed in many hotels around the world, but this one stands out as one of the most wonderful experience I've ever had. The customer service was simply exceptional, genuine, attentive and thoughtful at every level. The team went above and beyond in every interaction with warm smiles, their care felt very sincere and personal. Communication was seamless, whether in person or through WhatsApp. The Riad itself was immaculate. Spotlessly clean from top to bottom with beautifully maintained common spaces that felt both luxurious and comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness made it feel like a peaceful retreat, an oasis in the heart of the old city. Breakfast was a delight served on the upper level with a view of the Atlas Mountains in the distance. We couldn't have asked for more with a good selection of fruit, pastries and eggs to order. What truly set this Riad apart though, was the heart behind everything they did. It never felt at any time like a business transaction, it felt like we were welcomed into a home by people who genuinely cared about our stay. I can't recommend this place enough. If your looking for a truly personal, warm and flawless experience, then Ambre Epices Medina Riad is the one. Both my daughter and I left feeling refreshed (thanks to a wonderful Hammam), grateful and hoping to return someday soon. On a final note, i would like to personally thank Karim for our wonderfully warm conversations, you made me feel very welcome. “Beautiful Riad, superb breakfast, helpful staff”

Beautiful Riad with stylish rooms. The breakfast was a highlight, delicious! Very helpful staff. The pool was empty as they were cleaning it but this didn’t affect our stay. Thankyou to all staff who made our short stay an easy comfortable experience. Next time we’ll stay longer!

We had a wonderful experience in the heart of Marrakech, thanks to Ambre Epice Riad. The breakfast was a highlight — diverse, delicious, and with a lovely local touch that made each morning special. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always aware of any needs without being intrusive. The rooms were beautifully decorated, combining comfort with authentic Moroccan charm. The Riad’s peaceful atmosphere and perfect location in the Medina made it the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommended!

Visited for 20 th wedding anniversary Superb riad in a great location- second trip to Marrakesh. Ambre Epices riad leaves you wanting for nothing. Food and especially breakfast and traditional decor is amazing. Massages and hammam were wonderful, but what makes this riad is its staff. Huge thanks to the wonderful Nada, Meryem and Mohammed who were the best hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Communication before we arrived was faultless.
