Key collection was simple via an external key lock box. Access codes were provided prior to arrival. This place had the wow factor as soon as you walked through the front door, with water views out to the canal at the back of the property, the home was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. It had a very relaxed atmosphere. We had a 3-night stay and could have easily stayed another 3 nights.

Fantastic property with everything that you need. Well presented and spacious. Perfect for those travellers who want to stay in luxury whilst being centrally located to all the benefits that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The host is fantastic and readily contactable for any reason. You cannot get much better!

We had a wonderful stay at the "Modern Waterfront House." Superb location right by the water and only a 5-10 minute walk to the local cafe which has great coffee and exceptional service (Cafe on Flinders). The property is super close to the Sunshine Plaza too. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Lots of space! When we weren't exploring we spent most of our time in the outdoor undercover lounge which was just lovely. Super comfy beds which almost made it too hard to get up in the morning. Excellent communication and quick to respond always. Would highly reccommend and would certainly stay again.
