The location and the fact that our pillows (too rigid) and dressing gowns( far too small) we're replaced with better alternatives when we asked.

The staff were very friendly, helpful & attentive. The room was lovely and the bed was SO comfortable - we slept like babies! Our room overlooked the river which was a lovely bonus too. The hotel is in a great location & there was plenty of parking.
