Nick the host was extremely hospitable and was most welcoming. The room was clean and contained everything I require. I would happily stay at The Merlin again..

Nick (the proprietor) was extremely helpful - he was able to arrange an early check-in which was very much appreciated after landing from a long haul flight - great example of customer service
