The staff were friendly and happy, especially the lady with the tribal tattoos. The bed was super comfy by Filipino standards.

We stayed at Casa Veles Hotel for 2 nights, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I booked, their prompt responses to my queries made the process smooth and reassuring. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to assist with every little request, showcasing genuine hospitality. The rooms were modern, clean, well-maintained. I highly recommend Casa Veles for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely return for another stay!

AC issue not the hotels fault but no electricity and AC until 11pm. the hotel.staff did their best - an electric fan was delivered but, had no charge..... OK these things happen, the front desk staff were gracious with comp cookies on check out, overall a good stay thank you
