We (my wife, our 3-year-old child, and I) had an absolutely wonderful week at Apartments Pera. The apartment fully matched the description, was equipped with everything we needed, and featured a large, comfortable balcony with a sea view. The location is excellent: the beautiful beach is right across the main road (from Primošten to Trogir), but crossing was perfectly safe, even with our young child. We enjoyed the convenient beach with Rico Bar (great draft Ožujsko beer) and the nearby stand offering grilled seafood, plus a restaurant across the street for fish and pizza. Host Pera is incredibly kind and thoughtful; communication was excellent, she surprised us with lovely small gifts both upon our arrival and again for my birthday, and the free use of paddleboards and sunbeds was a huge bonus that made our beach days super convenient. We highly recommend this spot for a comfortable and memorable family vacation!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. All the listed facilities were present and working (kitchen, AC, etc...). The Hosts were both very kind and generous and were always ready to help us out with any questions or needs we had and went beyond to help us feel comfortable. The location is also very good as it is not far from Trogir and Split by car. You also get a private parking spot, which makes traveling easier. Plus, you have a beach right on the other side of the street and you can borrow any of the beach stuff like chairs, SUPs, etc from the Hosts. We really had a great time and can recommend booking a stay here!

The location is great. Just next to sea. The rooms are clean with great view at the sea. You can have from property for free sunbeds, paddleboards. Parking place for free at the shadow. The owners are very nice peoples. I warmly recommend.

Great accommodation and location for a family or a couple vacation. Beach just across the road 50 m. Nice quiet and cozy location. Helpful family who take care of you. You can use bikes, kayaks and soup tables. Your balcony has a beautiful view.
