Very nice small house, toys for children, small playground directly on the yard and public playgrounds withing walking distance, well equipped kitchen, several winter resorts from 10 to 30 minutes drive, historic town of Tamsweg with small but nice swimming pool and other facilities within 15 minutes drive.
