The owners were very professional yet kind, helpful and ran their apartments/rooms to an extremely high standard. The double room with balcony was beautifully laid out and the balcony view was stunning. Location: 1' walk to the gondola and we were located in the heart of Maria Alm.

The apartment was wonderful. The bed was so amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms were good, even the shower. Lovely little sitting room and kitchen.

The room had a nice balcony with views to the Steinernes Meer on the left and Natrunbahn on the right. In the room there was a mini fridge, nespresso machine and electric water boiler for tea, a table, some cuttlery and dishes. The location is great for both relaxing at Prinzensee and hiking in the Steinernes Meer/Hochkönig. The accommodation is also in the centre and next to the iconic church. There are parking spots available which was much appreciated. We were welcomed by the very lovely Barbara who gave us the Hochkönig card with which we could use the Natrunbahn.
