Everything, from the welcome information, to the little personal touches and recommendations were absolutely perfect. It felt a bit like staying with family, but with cleaner rooms! The breakfast was far better than many meals I've had in restaurants.

Everything was perfect! 1) It was not just a breakfast - it was a food festival! 2) Room was very cosy and clean. 3) The host was just AMAZING. She arranged for us a lot of small things, which helped us a lot (storage of luggage begore check-in, printing tickets, helping with our way to the airport/Venice..). We give Emilia and her accomodation 6 stars from 5! 😃

Fabulous accomodation. Our host Emilia was fantastic, she is very kind and very helpful. The location is great, very close to public transport. Room is very nice, clean and breakfast is amazing. They give you a variaty of things, homemade cake, salad, bread etc. It was delicious every morning.

Very conveniently located. To the railway station 5 minutes on foot, very close to the bus stop and streetcar stop. Any transportation is 10 minutes to Venice. From the outside, it's a regular house. But inside the apartment is very cozy and pleasant. The most important thing is that for breakfast I had real homemade Italian food. It is tastier than in any cafe. The menu is varied. Emilia and her mom are very caring. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. This is the best place to relax after a busy day in Venice.
