The location was quite satisfying. It was just 5 mins by walk to the Venice Mestre station. Also, the restaurant was easy to find around.

The location, 5 to 10 min from the train station of Mestre. And once on the train 15 min maximum in Venice

The room is very small but you don't spend a lot of time inside, so for us it wasn't important. AC was working well. The breakfast is basic, but nice to be offered.
