Quietly area, very near from Mestre train station and from down town Mestre. Just catch a bus to go to Venice in 10/15 minuts.

Everything was perfect. The location is good. You can take the bus just in front of the villa to reach to Venice and it takes about 15-17 mins . Breakfast was ok also , basic but good to start the day with . I enjoyed my stay and I recommend it !

room was pretty big and clean... good breakfast, but not so many options to pick from... staff was helpful - stored our bikes, did early check-in (even if it was not requested in advance), honestly apologized for mosquitos in the room etc. but we didn´t understand what they said like 10-20% of the time (it was frustrating a little bit)... the villa is nice and has a lovely garden around
