The price matches the quality of service. All the conditions described in the service were met perfectly. A pleasant complimentary breakfast and complimentary complimentary service from the establishment are a plus. The hotel's location is not touristy, so it's very deserted in the evenings. It's not ideal for walking. However, there's a bus stop nearby and it's 8 km from Venice. So, it's a good budget option.

Excellent value for money with a clean comfy air conditioned room, and no loud noises at night keeping us up. The surrounding area isn’t great but there are frequent 20 minute buses straight to venice a minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast and staff. The owners were so friendly, I really enjoyed my stay! Only downside is the location, but for people who can’t afford staying in the island, this is the perfect choice. There is a bus going directly to the island.
