Location, decor, space and light, comfy beds. Modern shower/bathrooms. Lovely furniture. Ease of booking in/out. Pre-information available, great comms from host.

The flat is spacious, light; clean and very close to the sea front although no direct sea views. The kitchen area was modern and well equipped and the bathrooms were also clean and modern. Our dog was happy with lots of open greenspaces nearby. Easy to join the coastal walk to Broadstairs from here. Some excellent fish restaurants which are not dog friendly are around a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. Free parking

Flat as a whole - beautifully decorated, welcoming, classy Living area - spacious, social layout, big lolling sofa Location - fab, great walking distance to town and beach but relatively quiet for being so close to a main road Provisions - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, essential food items provided which we appreciated Kitchen equipment - well set up for cooking at home Bathrooms - really nice to have two, high quality fixtures & plentiful loo paper Towel quality - high Checkin - earlier time provided when requested
