Breakfast was very good. Only drawback was that Breakfast Room was in Basement with steep stairs but there were handrails throughout. Good balcony and unobstructed sea views views.

Very well presented hotel Welcomed warmly we had a front balcony room with sea view Lovely full English breakfast, unlimited coffee,tea,juices cereal fruit Room was very clean comfortable beds Staff were very helpful friendly and knowledgeable Would highly recommend this little gem of a guest house
