The property was in the most excellent location. It had everything we needed for our short stay, plus extras like the games machine, tea bags and coffee. Perfect!

We are just back from a fabulous few days in this beautiful home in the Old Town area of Margate. The location was perfect- close to shops, pubs, restaurants and right across from the water. We saw the best sunsets over the sea from the living room windows. We couldn’t fault the home at all for our stay, however if you have anybody staying in the upper bedrooms (the twin and the smaller double bed), the stairs are quite steep. Perfectly fine for our older children, but very young ones or less mobile people may struggle if they need those rooms. There is a large bedroom that is more accessible on the 1st floor. We loved the place and Ricki and Jamie were great- they made regular contact with us and were very happy to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this home.

Excellent location, right across from the beach, surrounded by lovely restaurants and cafés, and easily accessible from the train station (15min walk).

Property was in a great location, right in Old Town and on the beach. The front of the property had great sea/beach views and it was very close to shops, pubs and restaurants. The parking is a real bonus as that part of Margate is expensive to park in. The bedrooms and facilities were great, I especially liked the mini arcade machine in one of the bedrooms.
