Close proximity to everything we needed. Greeted on arrival. Room was clean and quiet with minimal noise heard from.other rooms. There was an electric shower, tv, fan and kettle (although we couldn't use these due to a power cut from a storm). Communication from staff regarding the power cut was timely.
