Hotel Overview

Adults only luxury Boutique style accommodation in the Town Centre of Margaret River. Josephine's offers professional friendly service, fabulously designed rooms, rave reviews, walk to all cafes & restaurants.
Complimentary: Continental Breakfast items supplied in your room. On-site Parking.
Each room has a kitchenette with coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge. A continental breakfast consisting of local wood fired bread, butter, jams, milk, assorted teas and coffee pods are supplied in your room. There is no cooking facilities, hot plate or microwave.
Each room has an ensuite luxury bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Your own reverse air-conditioner, ceiling fan, heated bath rails, and smart TV and free Wifi. Enjoy the guest library and lounge with complimentary port and chocolates.
Josephines Luxury Accommodation is central located in town walking distance to all restaurants, cafes and bars. Margaret River is situated 42 km from both Busselton and Augusta and is 35 km from Dunsborough.

This private queen sized 'Studio Suite' is located on the 2nd level of this beautiful Georgian-styled guesthouse and is furnished with a beautiful queen-sized, 19th-century antique bed as well as modern amenities including reverse-cycle air-conditioning. It is equipped with a kitchenette, a dining setting and a large Smart TV. The deluxe private bathroom boasts a claw-foot slipper bathtub, a separate shower, heated towel rails, bathrobes and free locally made body-care products and toiletries. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

This room has a private bathroom with a shower only, heated towel rails, bathrobes and free locally made body-care products and toiletries. The room is air-conditioned and has a kitchenette, dining setting and a large Smart TV. This Victorian-styled room features a leather studded king-sized bed, and has direct access to the guest lounge and library. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

The King sized Gatsby Suite provides a retro-style kitchenette, booth dining, a large Smart TV and a Gatsby-style king sized leather bed. Room was a good size for our stay and very clean. Bed was the very comfortable. Great Location. Easy and ample parking. Felt safe and secure. Easy to locate from main road. Close to town centre. Host was Awesome and friendly. Host was on point with room details, very time period set. She greeted us upon entry and explained the room. Great in room facilities.

Lovely boutique accommodation. The room was amazing and had everything you need for a short stay. Fresh bread and preserves were available everyday for your breakfast. Location was great, close to shops and restaurants. The owners were friendly and polite.
