Ideal location for a beach getaway. No road between apartment and beach. You can enjoy the sea from the balcony and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Lots of sunshine.

The location is amazing - there´s nothing between the apartment and the beach / sea, and one can fall asleep listening to the waves. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos, and is great for a small family. We were impressed with all the equipment in the kitchen, I think one would not miss anything even when cooking quite a bit in the apartment. We also appreciated very much that some basic things (oil, salt, sugar, etc) were available in the kitchen. We visited in early March, when it was still quite cold outside, but with the space heaters provided it was no problem to warm up the apartment. The water in the bathroom also warmed up quickly / warm water was available immediately. Communication with Javi was very easy, and it was a pleasure to meet him when he met us at the apartment with the keys. We´re planning on staying at this apartment again the next time we visit Valencia.
