Beautifully renovated property in the best location in the heart of the old city. A dinner prepared by chef Madina was the best gourmet meal I have had anywhere in three visits to Turkey in the last three years totalling more than a month each time. Her skill with simple local ingredients and her presentation will live in my memory. Thank you Madina and Mirsoum Han!

Beautiful location, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. In particular, chef Madina prepared us the best meal I have eaten in Turkey ever! The food was of high gourmet standard selected from local ingredients. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality the food, the skill of the chef and the presentation. Well done Madina and the Mirsoum Han!
