Terry at reception was a really really nice person who recommended things to do such as mount coolum and the beach in the morning. She was really kind and nice to speak to and was very helpful at check in. The facilities were clean and the aircon was air conning, there's even a Netflix account on the tv!

Quiet littlein a wonderful location. The grass area and the benches are perfect for a morning coffee in the sun. Staff is very helpful and the beach is only a quick walk away.

We booked very late due to delayed flight. Pacific Palms were very accommodating and just made it work. Exceptional customer service!
