Really nice and relaxing settings, with nice walks and a few hundred meters to a beautiful waterfall. The hosts are super nice, and its almost like living in their home. Excellent breakfast. Would absolutely recommend.

This hotel is like a museum, where every single thing has a soul and a story. The owner, who has an amazing sense of style, has breathed new life into old objects: a 200-year-old door that has become the headboard of a bed, wicker basket lamps and many unique details that attract the eye. Here you want to stop at every step, discover the beauty of unexpected solutions and enjoy the atmosphere of a Portuguese rural fairy tale.

Location is absolutely amazing. Road leading to it not for the faint hearted though, very steep. Perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet. Sunrise into the bedroom (green tassle room) was a fabulous experience. Swimming pool overlooking the lake. Natural pool with frogs. Extremely friendly staff especially Jacqueline. Obrigada for your kindness and smile.
