Please note the parking is not available during the Marciac Jazz Festival (28 July until 15 August). It is possible to park 20 metres away.Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided for some rooms. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges:

The apartment is very simple but everything is there - wardrobes, kettle, heating/air conditioning, a big south-facing balcony, individual access, nice breakfast. Séverine is attentive to individual needs. The property has parking and is very close to Marciac centre with all it's restaurants and galleries and also to a fairly large supermarket.

Breakfast was good and plentiful, homemade yogurt every morning. It's location was ideal for us. Appreciated the off road parking and privacy was respected. The air conditioning was an appropriated bonus. Bedroom was spacious ans airy.
