Perfect location in the charming Old Town of Marbella. There are an abundance of restaurants within minutes. Orange Square is a 5 minute walk away. The new town and beach are within a 10 minute walk. It is also close also to the bus terminal (10 mins approx by taxi) however buses also stop on the main street so everything is close by. The property itself is fantastic and we loved it. It was just the two of us and we booked it for 9 nights so it quickly became home from home as we had the entire property to ourselves. However there is ample room for a family as it has two bedrooms (a double & a twin bedroom) as well as additional sofa beds. Accommodation comprises of a sitting/dining area on the ground floor with TV. It also has a fitted kitchen and everything you need to assist within. There is also a downstairs loo. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a small seated area, with another TV. The main bathroom with a good shower is also on this floor. The next floor up is the terrace and accessible by way of a spiral staircase. This is a lovely area with canopy, couch and a dining table. There is no view, just rooftops but it’s a cosy and relaxing area to enjoy.

The house is very well situated in the middle of the old town. Very quite at night, next to the sea and the beaches. The house is very well equipped, very nice terrace and confortable beds. It should nevertheless be planed that you can't bring the luggage by car to the house since it is in a pedestrian area.
