Location is excellent. Beds were very comfortable, even sofa bed, with good pillows. Balcony is very comfortable, never too sunny. Kitchen was well equipped on the whole.

We warmly recommend the Eden Roc I apartment 4.1 We spent a wonderful week in Marbella, and this apartment was the perfect choice. Located right on the seafront promenade, on the 4th floor, it offers a stunning view — on one side towards the marina, and on the other towards the beach. Being a bit higher up, it’s quiet and peaceful, away from the street noise. We spent many relaxing hours on the balcony, sitting at the table with three chairs, enjoying morning coffee or a cold beer in the evening. The apartment is well arranged. At the entrance, there’s a bedroom with a wardrobe and chest of drawers — enough space to unpack everything and store your suitcase neatly. We were pleasantly surprised to find a TV in the bedroom too, perfect for winding down with a movie before bed. However, keep in mind that all the channels are dubbed in Spanish — maybe a good excuse to practice the language! The bathroom is well equipped, with a spacious shower and a cupboard for all your toiletries. There’s also a washing machine, although we didn’t use it. The living room, which includes an open kitchen, is cozy and functional. The sofa is comfortable, there’s a massive 65-inch curved TV, and a bar area with various glasses and a large fridge. The kitchen has everything you need: ceramic stove, microwave, coffee filter and Italian-style coffee machine, plus cups, plates, cutlery, and all necessary utensils. The only minor issue was a slight odor from the sink, but we simply used the stopper and left a bit of water in it — problem solved. The balcony is the highlight of the apartment. We were lucky to be there at the beginning of the San Bernabé festival, the spiritual patron of the city. We had front-row seats to an amazing fireworks show, launched just a few dozen meters away from the pier on the right. While thousands of people crowded the promenade, we enjoyed the show comfortably seated with a cold drink in hand — a magical experience.
