The keys were not in lockbox as arranged. We arrived at the property around 1.30 am and couldn’t get access until almost 3 am after arriving from Australia on a 34 hour flight. Bedding and towels did not look very clean or well ironed so we washed them all . The wardrobe door fell off as we opened it. The hairdryer didn’t work. There were no wine glasses. The shutter in the lounge didn’t work properly. The handle for the bedroom shutter was coming off the wall. Sofa was very old and uncomfortable the leatherette fabric on the dinning chairs was peeling off,

It was comfortable & spacious with a lovely large balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely pool area. We arrived hours before check in and with no reception to leave luggage or a pool to use or bar to even get water we were quite stressed, I called the property manager who thankfully let us check in early.
