Our stay was overall very good. We used the apartment mainly as a base for visiting nearby towns, so we didn’t spend much time inside, but everything we needed was close by – parking and a shop just by the house, and the beach and old town within a short distance. The access to the motorway was also very convenient, which made trips around the area much easier. Communication with the owner was smooth using a translator app, even though I don’t speak Spanish. A very good base for a quiet stay and exploring the region.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Had everything you would need. There’s a supermarket right next to the building so that was very handy for us. The beach is very close also. The old town is a small walk but very doable. Isabel was very nice, quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

possibility to pick up the keys by our friend as we have arrived very late, location was amazing, great spacious balcony, use of washing maschine, spacious flat, private enclosed garden, supermarket 2 minutes walk from the property, parking space for your car in the underground, good communication with the agency and the owner itself

Firstly, the staff were unbelievably nice and very accommodating. The apartment was very nice, it had everything we wanted, was clean and has a lovely balcony. The pool was so nice and for the middle of July, was usually very quiet whenever we went down which suited us perfectly. Definitely would recommend for couples or families looking for a nice quiet place to stay in Marbella. Also, if booked early this place is a bargin when compared to other locations!
