The apartment itself was as advertised, matching the pictures, and had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The rooms were clean and functional, and the location was excellent, making it convenient to get around. However, the overall experience was mixed. The building was a bit intimidating, with an unsafe-feeling entrance, especially in the evening. On the ground floor, there was a café or bar that attracted some questionable crowds, which made it less comfortable to walk around at night. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the room during the evenings, which made the stay less enjoyable. While the apartment had the essentials for sleeping, it wasn’t equipped for a longer stay. Basic items like dish detergent, a sponge, or enough paper supplies were missing. Additionally, some windows were broken and couldn’t be opened, particularly in the bedroom and bathroom, which was inconvenient. Overall, the apartment served its purpose for a short stay, but there’s room for improvement. My rating would be 5 out

Good location, new furnished apartments, 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 living room with kitchen and balcony. Beds are comfort. There are all you need to stay: dishes, microwave, shampoo, shower gel. Photos of rooms is real.

Cleanliness, proximity to Marbella, beach , restaurants & old town. 5 minutes from the car park, which was free.
