We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the layout. The couches and beds were comfortable. We loved the treat of scones, jam and clotted cream. Everything we needed was there. The location is excellent with just a 10 minute walk into Marazion. Easy bus access to Penzance and many other locations. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Brilliant location, especially for families with young children. Also ideal for exploring west penwith. Two bathrooms was ideal and when we needed any help the owner was on the phone and everything dealt with. Really good guy . On site parking a real bonus . Would easily stay here again

Excellent location for visiting St Ives, Perranporth, Newquay, Padstow, Mousehole, Porthleven & Falmouth and many other locations. Very helpful owner. Appreciated milk, biscuits and saffron buns on arrival. Excellent directions and safe access to apartment.
