From check in to departure everything was first class, the owners were helpful and pleasant. My room was spotless and all facilities, my breakfast was excellent. I would stay again and recommend to others.

We were able to organise in advance to park our car at the property and put our luggage inside the property prior to the scheduled check-in time. It was a 5 minute slightly downhill walk to the village centre which is also the start of the causeway to St. Michael Mount. Having checked out the tide times for our planned walk the next day across the causeway and grabbing some lunch, we returned to the accommodation and our room was clear to move into. The room was spotlessly clean, had a view of the Mount from the window (we were in room #4), a large double bed and a large bathroom with stand-alone bathtub in addition to the shower recess. Free on-site parking. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout. The hosts were very friendly and assisted with things to see and locations to go to. Breakfast was sumptuous. Interestingly, when this subject arose, we asked the daily price as the property title states B&B and our hosts confirmed it was already included in the rate. This was despite our booking accommodation stating, “there is no meal option with this room…”[always pays to check!]
