We had a great time, the villa is beautiful, just a short walk from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, the bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. We barely needed to use the AC because the house is well built and chilly, natural ventilation from all the windows. The yard is pretty big, has a nice dining area, and fun for kids with a slide and swings, football net, ping pong table. We felt very comfortable and safe. Our hosts are very nice, very kind people, helped us with getting from and to the airport, helped us rent cars, everything we needed. We loved Marathias because it is quiet and it has the best sandy beach.

This is a traditional luxury greek villa. Very spacious three bedrooms with everything you need. Fully functional kitchen, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and much more. It has two bathrooms (his and hers). One with shower and bath, and the other with a shower. There is also a third shower outside which is very refreshing to use after a long day in the sun. My son loved this shower haha! Thanos and Fay are exceptionally lovely people, really kind and friendly. Always at your service with anything you may require. The pool is fantastic, and directly opposite the Villa. The staff are great, and I also give 5 star for their service. Marathias Beach is about a 10 minute walk from the villa, and I can honestly say it is the best beach I have been too on the island. Soft sand, shallow crystal clear water, definitely a 5 star beach! I would recommend a car for exploring, however, you could get by with no car if you were not to keen on driving. There are plenty of restaurants around Marathias, including a restaurant that is also owned by Thanos and Fay. There are mini markets in Marathias, but if you need a big shop then Lidl is a 10 minute drive away.
