What a fantastic place to stay, this home stay is really is a an oasis by the sea.!!!!!!...,. I found this gem completely by accident and boy I'm so glad that I did ..Having stayed in many other home stays and hotels the length and breathe of Kerala..... this is the one that drew me back...in fact i liked it soooo much I came back a second time,!! Yes a second time.... Its just awesome !! Its really is an Oasis, !!!! quiet spacious bedroom,large ensuite, large comfy bed, tranquil private garden, with safe off road parking for my bike, close to the beach,amazing fresh meals Having had a good night sleep in the peaceful, well appointed spacious bedroom, i would start my day with a beautiful home made breakfast all freshly prepared by the very capable host Sebastion, who was very professional and most helpful host during BOTH of my stays here, nothing was ever too much trouble for this very capable host, This gem of a home stay is just a mere 3min walk to the beautiful Marmari beach,. which is a perfect location to relax and unwind.. And when we wanted to change things up, we availed of the day trips / excursions suggested and provided by Sebastion in his tuk tuk ( at a small fee but definitely worth it ),...one such excursion was our day trip on the boat house around the back waters in Allepey all organised by Sebastion in his tuk tuk........others day day trips included a visit to a local museum, elephant park, temples, shrines, churches and also to other less touristy beaches which we really enjoyed.....then at the end of these fun filled adventurous days we would treat ourselves to a Ayurveda treatment ( best treatments, i got during all of my vacation ) again facilitated by Sebastien..... After great days out and great memories been created, we would be treated to the most delicious dinners prepared by Sebastien who is a very experienced qualified ....amazing prawn fish / dishes !!! .

Sebastian is a great host. He´s very attentive. The property is new, clean, and well-maintained. Great food, he´d cook whatever you wish. Walking distance (approx. 7 minutes) to the beach. Overall, it was a great experience, and we´d definitely return.

We had a great stay at Sebastian’s. The property has only 2 rooms, which makes it feel very private. The room and bathroom are super spacious and comfortable. Sebastian is a great host and cook, and is extremely helpful and accommodating. We had all our breakfasts and dinners there - all very fresh and tasty. He helped me organise a boat trip and even a surprise birthday celebration, with cake and decorations!

This is a brand new homestay, in a secluded area of Marari beach with two rooms and lots of privacy in a big garden. After a five minute walk to the beach via a quiet little road, you will find a serene beach with two beach bars where you can have a beer, lovely local dishes and great seafood. The young owner, Sebastian studied hotelmanagement and is the most honoust and caring host we met in three months travelling through Kerala. He gave us lots good advice, arranged for a reliable taxidriver, showed the best shops and so on. We were really charmed with his cooking, the spacious rooms, the cleanliness, the brand new matresses, the very silent airconditioning and the tastefull interior design of the huge bathrooms. He made us tartare of fresh tuna with avocado, aioli, cocktails and so much more. We really fell in love with this place.
