Loved the location so central and great views of the skyline. Breakfast was amazing and great value. Best string hoppers and Dahl, portions are huge so me and my partner shared everything.

I rate 10/10 because price for value is unbeatable. Staff is super friendly and helps and assists with what ever you need. Luggage storage free of charge. Free tea and coffee at the rooftop restaurant. You have everything you need here!!! Thanks a lot.

Very pricy and good hotel in Colombo. It has everything you need, and the location is fantastic. There is additional breakfast (Sri Lankan and Western) available as well as lunch and diner in the restaurant on the balcony. Beds are comfy. AC is very good. Personal is very friendly. Can reccomend for for a stay in Colombo.

Couple from New Zealand, The moment we arrived, the owner and manager greeted us like old friends—genuinely warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about making every guest feel at home. They sat down with us, maps in hand, and laid out detailed, insider tips on what to see and which hidden gems most travelers miss. They even suggested ideas for future trips beyond this stay—talk about going the extra mile! The villa itself is spot-on: the pool is crystal-clear and perfect for lazy afternoons, the bed is wonderfully comfy (we slept like babies), and the shower has proper hot water with excellent pressure—exactly what you want after a day of exploring.
