The location, check-in, communication and host were all excellent. The house was spacious and comfortable. Biggest selling points were the comfortable lounge with L-shaped couch and a large modern TV, the driveway and the private garden out back. The house itself is quite old but this was not an issue, as it's comfortable and private in all the right places. I look forward to staying at Fabian's House again soon!
