I appreciated several aspects of my stay, particularly the welcoming attitude of the staff - Ranid and Nelia were consistently kind and proactive, always looking for ways to compensate for the hotel’s shortcomings. The water issue was eventually resolved, and I was also granted a late checkout, which was a thoughtful gesture.

The hotel is very clean and peaceful. The stuff are so welcoming and helpful. They serve a great breakfast and the prices are reasonable.
