Caring and friendly staff, clean, very close to the center, shops and cafes.Comfortable bed (medium hardness), good hot water pressure in the shower.There is WiFi internet, it worked in the room, it was not bad, but at times it was unstable (not critical).

The rooms are a nice size, close to the mall, which has restaurants and a supermarket. The Wi-Fi speed is ok, the hotel is 5 minutes'n/a walk from the Eswantini air shuttle service.

Its clean. Bed is comfy. They are serving a huge breakfast. The security guy made my stay and tried to get anything I needed. Coz there is no option to get any drink at the place. The driver is also nice and reliable.

The service and hands-on. I arrived late in the evening, but Njabulo ran to open the gate and helped with my bags upstairs. He also gave me the iron and ironing board promptly when I needed it when I was running late , excellent 👌 service.... Lindiz helped with places to visit and was telling us the cultural history of Eswatini It is a beautiful, peaceful tranquility and serenity I felt so relaxed... Lovely, I really enjoyed myself...
