The hotel is set in a beautiful mountain landscape and offers a perfect balance of comfort, elegance, and tranquility. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that make you feel truly welcome. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The spa, indoor pool, and outdoor jacuzzi are fantastic, especially after a day exploring Serra da Estrela, providing a truly relaxing experience. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The restaurant also impressed us with well-prepared dishes that highlight regional flavors. Overall, this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone looking to relax, enjoy nature, and experience high-quality service in Serra da Estrela. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it.
