Such a lovely accommodation. The owner was very friendly and caring. It's located in a great spot. It was quiet, calm and really clean. The breakfast was exceptional. We really recommend this place.

I could not have been made to feel more welcome. Sending me on my way with snacks in lieu of breakfast (I had to leave on the early bus) was a particularly nice gesture.

We have never experienced greater hospitality than here. Josefa and Maria Lourdes are the perfect hosts. We had long and good conversations, although we don’t speak Portugese and they don’t speak much English -no problem. Breakfast was plentiful and of high quality; freshly squeezed orange juice and many different local cheeses as highlights. The possibility to have coffee and home baked cake whenever you wanted, the invitation to take snacks for the coming day from the breakfast buffé….kindness at its best. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Value for money is excellent and we highly recommend a stay at Casa d’Avenida. Obrigada Josefa and Maria Lourdes!
