Location was good for us. Large car park. Staff on duty when we arrived. Nice size bedroom with tea and coffee facilities and towels good size bathroom. Food excellent.

We stayed at the pine lodge hotel for a night to break up our journey travelling home from London. The hotel was in a lovely area - which was quiet from the town but not too far away. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a man who was very polite and made us feel at home. He was kind to the kids too and asked how their day had been - which was lovely. After I asked about our booking for a family room only being for one child instead of two, we were told not to worry about it and was given our room number. When we got to our room I had realised that we had been upgraded to a suite - which was a great size! The room was clean and well presented and the bathroom was very clean with a big corner bath and shower. We had a great night sleep, it was quiet for a Saturday night.. didn't have any noise at all. Beds were clean and really comfortable. On the morning, we went for breakfast which was a buffet type with toast, coffee and teas, cereals. The lady came.out and asked us if we wanted a full English breakfast - which was included in our room price! It was absolutely gorgeous and well presented! Overall, I am absolutely over the moon with our recent stay and would definitely stay here again if I was in the area! Thank you for a lovely experience!
