Exactly what we needed. A nice quiet, clean and comfortable room. We used it as we had a meal in nearby Mansfield (easily reached by car, bus or taxi) and then went to Sherwood forest the next day - only a 15mins drive. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast had good options and all for a great price. On street parking is plentiful and seems safe.

Peaceful Place is a beautiful family-run home with impeccable quiet rooms and extremely comfortable beds for guests on a lower budget. The breakfast provision is wonderful- everything you could need to enjoy in the lovely light and pleasant breakfast room. The hosts go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and feel at home- well beyond all expectations. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Mansfield but at Peaceful Place. Thank you for everything :-)).

This is a lovely, quiet bnb. Clean and comfortable. It's excellent value for money as it includes a very good continental breakfast. You can upgrade to a lovely full English for just £5. The hostess is extremely friendly, helpful, and kind, even offering to give me a belt when I forgot to pack mine.
