Clean, daily cleaning where the bedsheets are changed, clean towels are given and the floors are cleaned , the location is great, right in the heart of the city so everything is close, the staff is wonderful, they have forgettable toiletries such as a shaving kit, breakfast is good, but quite pricey at 20€, complementary water

Very well located in the city centre of Mannheim. Fresh look and feel. Absolutely quiet room facing the sunny backyards. Dogs are welcome - even got a special doorsign to indicate that they are in the room and should not be disturbed.

Location is good, trams were just a few mins of walking. No that far from train station as well. Breakfast was nice. Staff was helpfull
