We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay as a family of three with our 2-year-old. The hotel is extremely child-friendly: the staff welcomed our son with a small toy, a free cot was already set up in our room, and children’s plates and cutlery were readily available at breakfast. I was especially impressed when a staff member overheard me mention that I needed a plaster/band-aid and quietly brought one without me even asking. Very thoughtful service! The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and the beds very comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including a coffee machine, artisan breads, yoghurts, oat milks, hot dishes (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, roast tomatoes, beans), a cereal bar with many toppings and nuts, a fresh fruit bar, and even a salad corner with guacamole, dips, and salads. The location in Mannheim was also very convenient.

Easy to access by car, the rooms are very clean and very well equipped with everything we need for the comfort. Very friendly staffs, excellent breakfast.

Loved the bed!! Amazing. The sheets and pillows and mattress. And the climate control since it was bloody hot :) It was all very comfy, staff was nice overall.

Rooms are nicely decorated and the hotel looks clean. Breakfast is also good
