Please note that cleaning and bed linen charges will be charged upon booking. Please note that on stays of 5 nights or more it is not required to pay the EUR 30 service charge. Outside of working hours (10:00-18:00), the keys are in a safe in Zapinvest agency Marina Real 111, 29692, Manilva. The code will be provided by email upon confirmation of booking. The return of the keys will be in the same place.

On arrival we were lucky to catch the office staff of the company managing the apartment and obtain our key, returning them at the end of our stay was easy simply posted them back through the letterbox as advised. The block the apartment was located was clean, lifts available to all floors and the apartment situation was suitable for us. The apartment was clean having all items advertised present. The pool was reached easily and clean. The view from the apartment was very interesting, the marina location offered many places to eat in. Supermarket available on site although high prices, Spanish supermarkets in easy walking distance.
